PAPAROUNA

Paparouna is conveniently located half-way between the main port of Patitiri and the picturesque Old Village, each a mere 5 minute drive. Alternatively, both Patitiri and the Old Village can be accessed easily on foot, via an old calderimi (donkey path): 30 minutes to Patitiri, 20 minutes to the Old Village. Despite its central location, the villa is completely private, with uninterrupted views down to the harbour and across the sea to the islets of "Ta Dio Adelphia" (The Two Brothers). Set in "4 stremata" (4,000sq metres) of land, the villa is surrounded by well-tended gardens and immaculate terraces – a bonus is that the area in which it is located, Kato Chorafi, is a forested area renowned for its birds of prey. What could be better – enjoying the peace and tranquility, in good company and with a glass of wine, watching the beautiful (and rare) Eleonora's falcons swoop and dive? 

Steps down from the infinity pool terrace lead to a spacious, fully-contained studio with twin beds, lounge (with TV) and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchenette (with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge/freezer) and a bathroom (with shower). The terrace outside the studio has a large, rectangular heated spa pool, seating areas and spectacular views – these are uninterrupted, the balustrading being constructed of safety-glass panels. 

To the left of the upper pool terrace is a pool room with a comfortable lounge area (with TV and coffee making facilities), which can be adapted to sleep 2 people, and a bathroom (with shower). The glass doors along one side of the room can be fully opened, or kept closed on windy days and cool evenings. The windows to the front of the room can also be fully opened and offer the same spectacular views down to the harbour. 

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, as does the pool room. 
To the right of the upper pool terrace is a covered dining area (with comfortable seating for 8) and a traditional bread oven/BBQ, and an outside shower. A couple of steps from this area lead into a sheltered garden with citrus, quince and almond trees. 
The villa is stunningly furnished and supremely comfortable. The ground floor comprises a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen (with dishwasher and full-sized electric cooker) and lounge/dining area (with satellite TV) and a twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom (with bath and seperate shower). The bedroom/bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the ground floor, so affording additional privacy. The patio doors from the lounge area open onto the pool terrace, with its spectacular view. 

Accessed from the lounge, the first floor comprises a spacious bedroom, with a four-poster bed and sea-facing balcony, and en-suite bathroom (with shower).

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED 
On arrival on Alonissos a team member will greet you, welcoming you to our beautiful island and provide assistance at the port with your luggage. They will escort you to your villa and go through with you the facilities and amenities of the villa. 
We will provide you with our 'welcome pack' consisting of a bottle of wine, 6 large bottles of mineral water, seasonal fruits, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and nuts. 
In each of our villas we provide for you a map of Alonissos together with a folder containing useful local information. 
A maid will clean your villa , wash up, change all the linen and make the beds and provide you with clean replacement towels twice weekly. Removal of rubbish and recycling. 
A team member if needed can visit your villa at a mutually convenient time to go through your personal needs. 
Our office is open 7 days a week for information and assistance.

We want you to fully enjoy your experience and would like you to use the facilities and grounds as if they were your own. 
Fruit and vegetables within the gardens are there to be enjoyed by our guest. 
Pets are allowed with the consent of our Company. 
Booking Terms 
A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation. 
The remaining balance of 70% of the total rental value must be received no later 56 days before arrival date of the booking. 
If the booking is within 8 weeks (56 days) before the guests’ arrival, the full payment of the booking is required and no amount is refundable in case of cancellation.
