MYRTILO COTTAGE

Situated just outside the small port of Votsi, this charming cottage is set amid gardens and olive trees in a quiet location with amazing views out to the islets of Ta Dio Adelphia and to Euboia beyond. The mini-market and tavernas in Votsi are a short walk, as are those in Rousoum and Patitiri. Also accessible on foot is the beach at Tsoukalia, site of ancients kilns which fired the amphorae used to transport the wine for which the island was famous. Alonnisos is wonderful for walking, and from this central but very peaceful location, many of the hiking paths (gateways to the island's rich natural beauty) are easily reached. 

The cottage has a large, sea-facing, covered terrace with a dining table and sun-beds. The cottage is accessed from this terrace: the open-plan, air-conditioned lounge (with a double sofa bed) leads into the well-equipped kitchen (with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and full-sized electric cooker). A bathroom (with shower) leads off from the lounge, as does a double bedroom – patio doors from the bedroom lead back onto the terrace. The cottage is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and has some wonderful features, such as mosquito screens on the doors and windows.

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED 
On arrival on Alonissos a team member will greet you, welcoming you to our beautiful island and provide assistance at the port with your luggage. They will escort you to your villa and go through with you the facilities and amenities of the villa. 
We will provide you with our 'welcome pack' consisting of a bottle of wine, 6 large bottles of mineral water, seasonal fruits, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and nuts. 
In each of our villas we provide for you a map of Alonissos together with a folder containing useful local information. 
A maid will clean your villa , wash up, change all the linen and make the beds and provide you with clean replacement towels twice weekly. Removal of rubbish and recycling. 
A team member if needed can visit your villa at a mutually convenient time to go through your personal needs. 
Our office is open 7 days a week for information and assistance.

Check in after 2 pm - Check out before 11am 
We want you to fully enjoy your experience and would like you to use the facilities and grounds as if they were your own. 
Fruit and vegetables within the gardens are there to be enjoyed by our guest. 
Pets are allowed with the consent of our Company. 
Booking Terms 
A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation. 
The remaining balance of 70% of the total rental value must be received no later 56 days before arrival date of the booking. 
If the booking is within 8 weeks (56 days) before the guests’ arrival, the full payment of the booking is required and no amount is refundable in case of cancellation.
