AEGEAN BLUE

Just 15 minutes from the main port of Patitiri, on the road to Leftos Yialos, an upward-sloping private drive leads to Aegean Blue which, from its elevated position, overlooks the stunning bay of Tzortzi Yialos, the magnificent red-soil headland of Kokkinokastro and across the sea to the islets of Ta Dio Adelphia. On a clear day the view encompasses the distant island of Euboia with its distinctive central peak, Mount Dirfus. The house is spacious and totally private. The eclectic but comfortable furnishings represent the foreign travels of the owner, with items collected from around the world. Nearby amenities include two restaurants on the beach at Leftos Yialos (open late-May until mid-September) and a marvellously traditional taverna on the beach at Tzortzi Yialos (open late-June until early-September): both beaches are a drive of only a few minutes. 

The house comprises a ground floor with utility room (with washing machine) and a large, very well-equipped, kitchen (with dishwasher and small breakfast area) from which patio doors open onto the sea-facing terrace. The lounge/dining room is spacious and supremely comfortable and this also opens onto the large, sea-facing terrace which has a comfortable seating area under a covered pergola and a large dining area. From the seating area, 13 steps lead down to the large swimming pool. Also on the ground floor of the house is a small hall which has a double bedroom to the right and a bathroom with shower to the left. The door from the lounge to the hall can be closed to afford privacy to the bedroom and bathroom. 

A wide wooden, open staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor. On the right, at the top of the staircase, is a double bedded room with en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower cubicle). Double doors lead onto a small private balcony which boasts the same glorious views as the ground-floor terrace. The twin-bedded room on the first floor accesses a sizeable terrace overlooking the pool area in addition to the views across the Aegean. There is a second double bedroom on the first floor which has an en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED 
On arrival on Alonissos a team member will greet you, welcoming you to our beautiful island and provide assistance at the port with your luggage. They will escort you to your villa and go through with you the facilities and amenities of the villa. 
We will provide you with our 'welcome pack' consisting of a bottle of wine, 6 large bottles of mineral water, seasonal fruits, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and nuts. 
In each of our villas we provide for you a map of Alonissos together with a folder containing useful local information. 
A maid will clean your villa , wash up, change all the linen and make the beds and provide you with clean replacement towels twice weekly. Removal of rubbish and recycling. 
A team member if needed can visit your villa at a mutually convenient time to go through your personal needs. 
Our office is open 7 days a week for information and assistance.

We want you to fully enjoy your experience and would like you to use the facilities and grounds as if they were your own. 
Fruit and vegetables within the gardens are there to be enjoyed by our guest. 
Pets are allowed with the consent of our Company. 
Booking Terms 
A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation. 
The remaining balance of 70% of the total rental value must be received no later 56 days before arrival date of the booking. 
If the booking is within 8 weeks (56 days) before the guests’ arrival, the full payment of the booking is required and no amount is refundable in case of cancellation.
