SAPPHIRE

Situated behind Villa Indigo, a single storey villa SAPPHIRE, an open plan style, with a full equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with a sofa bed suitable for a child. The separate double and twin bedrooms have a bathroom with shower located between the bedrooms. 
A separate and private studio is located beneath the villa, this has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with 2 sofa style beds suitable for children. There is private double bedroom and a separate bath room with a shower. 

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED 
On arrival on Alonissos a team member will greet you, welcoming you to our beautiful island and provide assistance at the port with your luggage. They will escort you to your villa and go through with you the facilities and amenities of the villa. 
We will provide you with our 'welcome pack' consisting of a bottle of wine, 6 large bottles of mineral water, seasonal fruits, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and nuts. 
In each of our villas we provide for you a map of Alonissos together with a folder containing useful local information. 
A maid will clean your villa , wash up, change all the linen and make the beds and provide you with clean replacement towels twice weekly. Removal of rubbish and recycling. 
A team member if needed can visit your villa at a mutually convenient time to go through your personal needs. 
Our office is open 7 days a week for information and assistance.

House Rules

Pets are allowed with the consent of our Company 
A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation. 
The new balance of 70% of the total rental value must be transferred up to 56 days before arrival 
A cancellation of your booking is possible on receipt of a WRITTEN (e-mail or fax) notice of cancellation according to the following policy: 
From 365 (or before) up to 57 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is refundable (= 15% of the booking). 
From 56 up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. 
8 weeks (56 days) before the guests’ arrival, the full payment of the booking is required and no amount is refundable in case of cancellation. 
The amount of the security deposit is defined by our Company and it is indicated in the Final Booking Form. Most often this amounts to 300 euros. The agreed security deposit must be paid upon arrival of the guests. It should be understood by all guests that, in the case of any substantial damage or item removal from the property, our Company can make a claim for compensation up to 7 days after departure and any such claim will be subtracted without further negotiation from this deposit. 
3. The security deposit is returned within 7 days of the guests’ departure via bank transfer, the expenses of which fall upon our Company.
