LIMANI HOUSE

This charming, traditional cottage is set into the hillside overlooking the beautiful harbour of Steni Vala, home to fishermen, yacht flotillas and private boats of all shapes and sizes. From the large, covered terrace at the cottage it is possible to watch the boats while enjoying the marvellous views across the strait to the seasonally-inhabited island of Peristera. Steps down from the cottage lead you to the small, sandy beach at the back of the harbour in just a couple of minutes – here you can sit in the shade of the lentisc trees in the company of the ducks. The bay of Agios Petros is a short but scenic walk around the headland to the left, while an equally short walk in the opposite direction will lead you to the beach at Glyfa. Steni Vala itself has 2 mini-markets, 2 cafés and several very good, traditional tavernas. 

From the terrace, a stable door leads into the air-conditioned lounge with its traditional blue and white furnishings and 2 built-in sofas (which could easily sleep a child or two). From the lounge, a small step leads into the kitchen area: although small, this is very well-equipped, with a full-sized electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. A door from the kitchen leads out into the garden, which completely surrounds the cottage – citrus and olive trees give shade and privacy. Doors from the lounge lead into a tiled bathroom (with shower), a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room.

STANDARD SERVICES INCLUDED 

1) On arrival on Alonissos a team member will greet you, welcoming you to our beautiful island and provide assistance at the port with your luggage. They will escort you to your villa and go through with you the facilities and amenities of the villa. 

2) We will provide you with our 'welcome pack' consisting of a bottle of wine, 6 large bottles of mineral water, seasonal fruits, fruit juice, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and nuts. 

3) In each of our villas we provide for you a map of Alonissos together with a folder containing useful local information. 

4) A maid will clean your villa , wash up, change all the linen and make the beds and provide you with clean replacement towels twice weekly. Removal of rubbish and recycling. 

5) A team member if needed can visit your villa at a mutually convenient time to go through your personal needs. 

6) Our office is open 7 days a week for information and assistance.

Check in after 2 pm - Check out before 11am 
We want you to fully enjoy your experience and would like you to use the facilities and grounds as if they were your own. 
Fruit and vegetables within the gardens are there to be enjoyed by our guest. 
Pets are allowed with the consent of our Company. 
Booking Terms 
A deposit of 30% of the total rental value is required for the confirmation of a reservation. 
The remaining balance of 70% of the total rental value must be received no later 56 days before arrival date of the booking. 
If the booking is within 8 weeks (56 days) before the guests’ arrival, the full payment of the booking is required and no amount is refundable in case of cancellation.
